All of your personal information is safe and secure with us. All customer
information is protected on our secure servers, and we use the latest Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your information from unauthorized use
as it travels over the internet. Furthermore, we are aware that there are
people who take advantage of mail order and internet companies by submitting
fraudulent orders for merchandise. In an effort to protect our customers’
interests, we routinely review our records to detect fraudulent activity. All
fraudulent orders will be reported to the US Postal Inspector and treated as a
federal crime as a violation of the Mail Fraud and Postal False Representations
Statutes.

Payment Options
We offer a variety of
options for you to choose from. You can pay online using one of the following
major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can
pay by mail or fax with your credit card, and you can pay by mail with a
personal check (U.S.
residents only), money order, or cashier’s check.
If you prefer to order via
Fax, please fill out our online order form and fax it to us at 562-429-2846. If
paying by mail, please fill out our online order form and mail it to the
address on the form. If paying by personal check, money order, or cashier’s
check, we suggest you email us prior to sending a payment to ensure the
availability of the item you would like to purchase. A representative will
contact you with the total amount of your purchase.
Regardless of the method you
choose, you will be required to enter your billing address in the supplied
fields. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the
billing address for your credit card (if paying by credit card) or bank
statement (if paying by personal check). Orders without valid address
verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank
or checking bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet
bank verification standards.
Tax
No Wimps is a
California-based company. If you are a resident of California or if you are
having products shipped to a California address, state law requires us to collect
sales tax of 8.25% on all orders. All orders outside California are tax free.
Shipping and Handling
Domestic Shipments
Domestic shipments are
shipments to the U.S.,
its territories and possessions, and APO/FPO’s. Our shipping methods and charges
vary according to an order’s dollar amount and shipping address and your
preferred level of service. We offer Standard (1-7 days), 2-3 day, and Next Day
service. The carrier used is up to our discretion but our preferred carriers
are the US Postal Service and UPS.
Shipping cost is
non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we
made a mistake. Signature requirements may be necessary for delivery to
apartment, condominium, or dormitory complexes and for packages with a high value.
Please make sure your shipping address is valid. If a package sent to your
address needs to be re-routed, you will be responsible for a $10.00

International
Shipments
International shipments are
shipments to addresses outside the U.S.,
its territories and possessions, and APO/FPO’s. Our shipping methods and
charges vary according to an order’s dollar amount and shipping address and
your preferred level of service. We offer Standard (4-10 days) and Express (3-5
days) service. We use USPS Airmail and Global Express Mail. Our shipping charges
cover only the cost of shipping your order to you, and DO NOT include any
import duties and/or taxes that are associated with any imported product. We
have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country and you should contact your local
customs office for further information.
Please note that we can only
ship to international customers when their shipping and billing information
match exactly. Also, if your country does not provide “address verification”,
we will not be able to process your order.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with any
item you receive and it is in its original condition, you may return the item
within 14 days (post marked) of the delivery date for a full refund of the
purchase price. There are no exchanges or refunds on any items that have been
used or worn unless prior authorization was given by a customer service
representative. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is
nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping.
Any claims for damaged items
or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be
submitted to our Customer Service Department within 72 hours after delivery.
Please notify Customer Service by either email at info@nowimps.com or by phone at
866-NO-WIMPS, Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST. If it is determined that we
made a mistake, we will ship the item to you. We will not be responsible for,
nor issue a refund, if notified after 3 business days.
How to Return Items
Contact our customer service
to receive authorization for the items you wish to return. Please note that we
cannot issue a refund for items returned without prior authorization from a
customer service representative.

We are not responsible for the
return shipping charges, so ship it back to us any way you choose. However, for
your protection, we recommend that you use some form of tracking and/or
insurance when returning goods. Send the package to the following address:

mistake on your order, we will credit your account for the return postage back
